A - These cards are for suckers and desperate people. I think anything over 20% should be illegal, but evidently it's not. That's why people on this board feel some CC companies are predatory in nature.

Some states do have usury laws which limit the interest rate which can be charged on different types of loans (including credit cards). Check with your state attorney general's office to see if this applies for you.
