In the past there were other "limits" imposed such as the fact that the employee and company contribution could not exceed 25% of your pay and also could not exceed $30,000 per year. I heard that there were other changes included with the new tax law which increase these limits to 100% and $40,000 starting next year. ***************************************************************** This is correct.
