Gee, I wish I was perfect, too.
Gee, I wish I could distinguish some middle ground between "perfect" and "signing a form saying I am using the loan for educational expenses then investing it because I didn't really need the loan".
You don't see how someone could have a problem with the latter while not claiming to be the former?
