Hi I would like some opinions on 401K distribution. My husband is currently 38 years old. Through his employer, he has a choice of only 7 investment options through Fidelity Magellan. This is his current distribution:
40% large cap stock investments
20% blended fund investments
20% bond investments
20% short term investment (Fidelity Retire mmkt)

Is it necessary to have any of his investments in short term for his 401K at his age? I don't plan on making any exchanges, just changing the percentages of his future contributions.
Thank you,

T Anderson
