Can understand your need for some fee for services. We, the public have been spoiled with all of this for free. This will cut out all those that are not serious fools.

To my way of thinking is that a smaller fee, should have been set, since we all have suffered greatly from the market and tech melt down.
After, we the investors, have had to endure such a year and then you hit us with fee is adding fuel to the flame? A smaller fee would have been a better way to start it then increase it upwards with improvements as the incentives. Yet, the full fee is expensive to some of the smaller investors. Just my two cents that were not lost in last years market...Steve in AZ.
