Now, how do I account for this on my 1040A? I see no deduction for 401K rollover. I've never had a 401K before and I'm young, and I moved (which means I do no have bank documentation

it is reported on line 12a as received and taxable amount=0 on line 12b assuming you rolled it within the proper timeframe
