I'm sure this has been answered before, but I'm in a hurry so forgive me:)

Is it too late for me to convert a rollover IRA at Vanguard to a Roth IRA for the tax year 2001?

I didn't work but 5 months in 2001 so my tax liability will be very low, and the amount we're talking about here isn't that great.
