I'm not sure what you are worried about here. You say that you are not keeping him away now. So why would he go into court if he wanted "contact?" Are you worried about him seeking some kind of custody? In my view that would be very unlikely to happen given a long absence from her life. Are you worried about having to deal with court-imposed visitation rights? That's another story.

Personally, I would go ahead and send the materials; but then again, I would also take wild's advice and sue the heck out of him for back and future support.
