Jurt FYI--Under every state's law I am familar with, if he chose to establish paternity, he would have rights, regardless of that notation on the Birth Ciertificate.

It's the "if he chose to establish paternity" that gets him, though. If he choses to establish paternity, that does open things up for me to go after him for support.

As far as my research indicates, I would have to have either a.) a signed, notarized statement acknowledging that he is her father, or b.) a blood test indicating that he is her father in order to go after him. If he decides to claim her, she has a right to support from him, yes?
