NetBank offers 2.75% APY on a money market account. $100 minimum to open, no minimum balance. I don't use them yet but would choose them over ING for accessibility. Here's their spiel:

Your interest compounds daily and is credited to your monthly statement
Your first box of personalized checks is FREE
An ATM card is available at no charge
Only $100 deposit is required to open an account and no minimum balance is required to earn interest
You can access your Money Market account via computer, telephone, wireless PDA or WAP phone
Your Money Market account may be used as a first line of defense for preventing an overdraft on your NetBank Checking account

Money Market accounts are a good place to park money you're going to need, but don't need to access every day. There is a $10 fee for every withdrawal in excess of 6 per monthly statement cycle, or for every check after the first 3 per monthly statement cycle. Because you have a limited number of withdrawals each statement cycle, Online Bill Pay and Visa Check Card are not available for Money Market accounts. A service charge fee of $5 will be charged for months in which the average daily balance for the month is less than $250.
