So you call the company, tell them you are not happy about the new terms.
You have another card?
You make sure there is no balance on the Fleet card, and then you cancel it, or threaten to do so. If they agree to keep your business they will allow you to use the card under the old terms, fine. If they don't, you do your business with another company.
