I'm not sure what the name of Dave's business is so I'll just chime on in this part: "Anyway, bottom line, we have submitted two offers, both of which have expired because the listing agents won't present full price offers within a 24-hour time period."

If the agents really haven't presented your offer to their client, the sellers, then they are in breach of their duty and I would report them to the local realtor licensing agency through a complaint. The agent cannot decide which offers to share with their clients - they must present them all. It's then up to the sellers to decide whether they will accept the offer or not. If I was the seller I would be very angry if an offer was made and I never heard about it - especially if it was no contingency and full price!
