I am thinking of consolidating my IRA, mutual fund, stock portfolio, and checking accounts (which are currently at 3 different institutions and being whittled away by fees) into a Schwab Access account.
Sounds like a good idea to me also. If you have Vanguard funds you might want to look at their service as an alternate. Annual account fee of $32, security trades @ $20 and trading history for tax purposes.
