I'm having trouble coming up with a lower body strength goal. I was thinking of squatting with a specific amount of weight, but I have no idea how much weight would be good to shoot for. Any ideas? 50 pounds? More, less? (oh, this is an 18 week semester) 50 lbs. sounds low. 100? Thanks! Joe |
