hi. just a quick question about my company's 401k plan. my company offers a 401k, which is good, but its investment choices seem like dogs. i would love to move the money in my 401k to a rollover ira account at etrade, but i'm still employed with the company and direct distribution of 401k funds only seem possible if my employment is terminated. is this legit? shouldn't i be able to do a direct rollover of my own money provided that i do not exceed the annual contribution limits? any thoughts/comments would be much appreciated. thanks, |
