If you don't get an answer here, you might try asking in the "Bonds & Fixed Income Investments" board <http://boards.fool.com/Messages.asp?bid=100135>. I am pretty ignorant about the Series E Savings Bond (we holders of Series EE don't get semiannual payments). You might check http://www.publicdebt.treas.gov/sav/savinvst.htm to see if it has information for the Series E Savings Bonds you have. |
