When were you here (I'm in Big D)? Did you work as a pastry chef in Dallas? If so, where?

I was there from 1993 to 1997, but I didn't work as a pastry chef during that time. I haven't worked as a pastry chef since 1989. I consider myself more of a cooking enthusiast nowadays, but I do still haves thoughts and dreams of one day returning to the business as a restaurant owner, cookbook author, consultant, or all of the above.
