The problem isn't the driver's seat, it is the seatbelt. Why aren't seatbelts longer? Even in full-sized cars, there is often a seatbelt that cannot fit a large person.

Just how big do you have to be to not fit in the driver's seat? Come on, even someone who weighs 200-300 pounds should have no trouble fitting in the driver's seat of a full-sized car.
