Thanks Steve, very helpful. Probably best to buy a place that has already had the work done as I haven't noticed much of a price difference in the listings. We're practically neighbors. I grew up in Collinsville and my folks still live over there. Had to cross the river cause I couldn't take the commute across the bridge. Bleech. |
