In particular read the parts about Mutual FUnds and Index funds.

The house is likely a Good Investment, but try to find some money for your retierment nest egg too. $300 a month will add up. I wish I had your discipline when I was your age.

It sounds like you have several IRS? COnsider consolidating into one. I recommend one of the Vanguard Index FUnds.
