In an AP story, its reported that IBM has lost a lawsuit over a forced switch to defined contribution pension plan reducing benefits of older employees. They must make up back payments. http://www.pittsburghlive.com/x/tribune-review/business/s_180248.html Its great that sometimes employees are willing to sue in such cases. And sometimes they win.
