I am looking at setting up savings with a GE Interest Plus account. It carries a much higher interest rate than most banks. It is considered buying "variable denomonation floating rate demand notes". I realize there is risk associated with every investment, but is the risk with these about the same as a money market except with a higher rate of interest? Please advise! Thanks in advance, thegreenfungus |
