I'm no expert - but here's my thought:
Your distributions would NOT show on your W-2. Therefore - I do NOT think they would count.
So I'd expect your salary to be the only contributing factor. In other words - the 25% profit sharing for the company contribution could only be calculated on your salary.
But I'd guess your plan administrator or tax advisor could provide a definitive answer.
