Appreciate the comments so far, but want to know if anyone out there has had any experience with seminars on Tax Lien Certificate programs. I attended one recently, but cost of program (nearly $3,000) seems way out of line from programs-in-a-box bought via the internet ranging from $49.95 to $495. What gives? |
