|Subject: TSCM: A Play on Cramer's Popularity||Date: 5/19/2005 1:46 PM|

I purchased shares in TSCM yesterday, as a play on the popularity of James Cramer's Mad Money TV show on CNBC. Every night it seems people call in saying how they love the show so much, they bought a subscription to his action alerts plus on thestreet.com. These subscriptions go for $399 / yr (though it is $299 if you sign up in May)
I realized that the show began airing in mid-march, so these earnings were almost invisible in 1Q05, but the growing Cramer following should provide a huge upward surprise in the 2Q05 earnings.
Stock is trading near the 52 week low... for now...
