I prefer mine with sauteed mushrooms and vidalia onions, marinated with a mixture of Tony C's, garlic, some white wine, a hint of lime and a few other things, flash cooked to medium rare over charcol, with garlic potatoes on the side.

And ice cold beer. mmm... JB -- hungry

Marinated steaks really are exquisite. I really like top sirloin marinated in Italian dressing then cooked on the grill. It's not a really expensive cut of meat, but I think it's one of the best. I even like it better than ribeye because it doesn't have as much fat. Top sirloin is normally almost half the price of ribeye or T-bone steaks.

Don't confuse Top sirloin with sirloin tip. Sirloin tip is the quadriceps muscle, similiar to round steak, and can be chewy and dry if not cooked right. It's not near as tender as Top sirloin. - Art
