Hi, I've read that one can remove contributions they've made to a Roth IRA tax and penalty free since it is money that has had taxes paid on it already. Does this still hold true if it hasn't met the five year waiting period? If you know the answer, great! If you can point me to the answer in writing somewhere, even better! Thanks! Shawn |
