A note to AM, don't forget about health insurance. I currently pay almost $15K/year for Blue Shield for a family of three, but know Kaiser would be about half that. Insurance cost has doubled for me in the last five years, and I thought it outrageous then... will keep shopping around for a better deal. Alan Yes, my health insurance (through my company where I retired - and with Blue Cross/Blue Shield) doubled last year. And this year (just this month) it went up another 10%. It's outrageous. AM |
