What juror gave misinformation?
You said that a juror told you it was okay to convict based on preponderance of evidence, when the reality is you should only convict on "beyond the shadow of a doubt".
One juror spent a lot of time on a cell phone, contrary to the judge's order that no pagers or cell phones were permitted in the jury room.
Juror misconduct -- grounds for appeal.
The original defense attorney made no effort to defend his client.
Attorney malpractice -- grounds for appeal.
