Here's my picks:
1.Acadian Gold ADA-X
Will Felderhof's backyard mining dream is about to Rock N'Roll in 2007. Stock price is probably undervalued as to zinc operations alone. And gold will probably yield 2 million ounces if POG stays at least at present levels.
Disclosure:More than 10% of portfolio.
2. Coast Wholesale Aplliances CWA.UN-T
They still look like a retailer that's growing and present distribution yield is 15+, wouldn't surprise me that they can grow that distribution to maintain it even if taxed in four years.
Disclosure: More than 10% as well.
3. Northampton Group NHG-X
Still the same boring hotel operator that's very good at it. Annual cash flows are very likey .20-.30 which in this space should gather a stock price of $3-5, they got some market recognition when trust announcement made...Halloween caused interest in this to fade. Still a great buy.
Disclosure: Same as above, more than 10% of port.
