Are you able to take the phone number with you? Being able to and actually doing it are two different things. We spent 6 months trying to get our number switched to Vonage before we finally gave up. I even told them what the problem was and asked how I could fix it, but they never admitted that I was right, so never told me how to fix it. We managed to get 5 months refunded, but not the 6th, even though we had never used it! We switched to cell phones shortly after and have no other phones. Selphiras
