is it just randomly bad ...or systematically high? There's an article about it in today's print WSJ. Basically, the more similar the house is to the comps, the better the estimate. Zillow seems to have issues picking up nuances of areas. that would be tricky. weird it is ..... has me in 3BR (i'm only 2), but has most of my neighbors correct .... has the house across the street ,which sold about a yr ago, pretty close to asking price. so maybe their guess for me is actually close. = |
