ADP this past Monday spun off Broadridge Financial (BR). I new at this so don't know exactly the best way to investigate a possible spin-off investment. Is there a SEC form, I think an S something that can breakdown the nuts/bolts of the offering. It may be interesting if it gets thrown out by many holders. DW |
