Thank you so much for your info. I bit the dust and opened an account on TradeKing. I am now a proud owner of a brokerage account! Still scared to death to spend the money on stocks. But I am pouring over all the info and trying to make since of all of it, so I can make a few wise decisions.

What I find the hardest are these discussion boards. I don't get them. Takes me days to find my way back and I am not sure if I am actually replying to the person who responded to my post? After you get your question answered or wish to continue a dialog with someone, can you reply directly to that person? Is this acceptable? I am not sure of the etiquette here. My instinct is to thank the person for their response.

So I will thank in advance till I learn what to do next. I am so anxious to get the hang of this.
