Thanks, Susie. I know the B-more area. Grew up in Carroll County, just up north, and did law school and a few months of work in the City. So how does Indianapolis rush hour compare to Baltimore's version?

Rednecks I can live with. I'm basically one myself, owing to growing up in rural Maryland. But what's so bad about the weather? Is it too cold, too hot, or tornado-ish?

How is this bad?
This is bad because I'm writing a half dozen columns for the Fool most days. The less time I have to deal with annoying regulatory requirements, the more time I'm free to write.
So how annoying is the Indianan bureau of motor vehicles in that respect?
