My TaxCut software doesn't prompt me to list my purchases in which I don't pay Sales tax for either.

In CA it's called a use tax:

I'm betting Tax Cut does have a line for it. In the MA form, you're not prompted for a list; just asked a simple question and given a space for the estimated amount of tax you owe. Easy to overlook if you're not searching for it specifically.
