since my husband died and left me penniless in most states it is illegal to disinherit a spouse, and a spouse left out of the will can file to get her 50% Unless they've changed the rules since my last math class, more years ago than I'd care to admit, 50% of nothing is still nothing. No one said her husband was broke; just that he left her pennyless... |
