If I'm going to do one every four months, do any of the agencies seem to be "more thorough" than the others? If so, I would like to start with that one.
It depends on the types of accounts you have and where you live.
Most of the 'major' accounts (credit cards issued by large banks, other loans with large banks, big mortgage companies, car finance through the manufacturer, etc.) tend to report to all 3 credit bureaus.
Some smaller lenders, like credit unions, local banks, etc. may only report to one or two of the credit bureaus. When this occurs, depending on where you live, one credit bureau seems to get most of the creditors, since the 3 national bureaus all started out as local/regional bureaus and tend to have stronger ties to the lenders in the area that they covered first.
If you are concerned about which credit report will be the 'most complete' you should call your creditors and ask them which credit bureau(s) they report to.
