Apparently you were never sued for malpractice as an engineer, intercst.
As I understand it, lots of doctors live in fear of accusations of malpractice and the stress and anxiety lawsuits routinely cause.
Perhaps you underestimate the importance of tort reform to those who run the risk of being sued every day.
