If you have the current 300k all invested in stocks and bonds with an optimistic rate of return at around 7%, that will be roughly 482k in 7 years. That leaves you 518k short. So, to reach your 1 million goal would require you to save roughly 58-59k per year invested in a combo stock/bond fund earning an optimistic 7%.
