So now I've done the rollover, and I have this huge hunk of cash sitting in there, and I have to figure out which funds I want to put it in. I've got a rough allocation pie chart I've drawn up, but that's it. Time to get out the retirement investment guides and go through all of the calculations. I have my weekend cut out for me.

Does anyone have any favorite guidance resources to share?

Well, I would start by going through Scottrade's list of funds that you can buy without commission/charges (I forget what they call it). When they went to a two tier system a couple years ago, I looked through their "free" list and decided I couldn't consolidate all my investments through them because I didn't like any of the funds. I had particular Vanguard and T. Rowe Price funds I liked, but didn't want to pay the $$$ each time I added to my IRAs.
