Subject:  No S&P 500 option in my 401(k) plan Date:  12/19/2007  8:45 PM

I was planning to transfer my 401(k) investments to an S&P 500 index fund. However, I don't see that option in my company's plan, which is managed by Fidelity. Is it "normal" for 401(k) plans to not offer S&P 500 and other index funds?

Hmmm, what to do?
