The tax experts here may be able to give you a more complete answer, but as I understand it, no. The only things that *are* tax deductible are Vehicle annual fees/taxes that are based on the value of the vehicle.

I.e. If the fee is a flat fee for every car, no go. If it varies based on the value of the car, then it should be deductible. A Google search or two may help turn up information about your state.
