The west coast really is beautiful -- AND -- it's finally summer here! Yesterday was as gorgeous as any summer day on this entire planet. It's the way summer is SUPPOSED to be. Not hot -- but warm sun and absolutely gorgeous. Not even any bugs to "bug" you. ;o)

Forgot to add... there were sailboats in the bay...the water was sparkling...and I sat out on my deck just soaking up the warm sunshine for the first time this year.

These were taken with the awning out.
But yesterday I left the awning rolled up and I just sat out there in the sunshine. Nearly fell asleep...it was so wonderful. :)

I like being retired. <wink, wink>
