Here's a summary of the game:

I play the Caro-Kann version of the Scandinavian Defense.
Early on I get a cramped position but one that I like.
I unwisely trade off my light-squared bishop.
He shuts in his dark-squared bishop for no reason.
I do a premature central break, position becomes unclear
I bust up his queenside
I exchange queens and simplify into an advantageous endgame
I get a passed c-pawn and penetrate with rook
I win a piece for a pawn, missing a chance to win a whole rook
I might have played the endgame badly
