Does the IRS want tax returns submitted by mail to be stapled One staple, upper left corner. Staple any required withholding documents only to page 1 where indicated. If submitting payment with the return, the 1040-V and payment are loose in the envelope. Phil Rule Your Retirement Home Fool |
