You must work for a great company. How many do you know where you get 3 or 4 weeks at 15 years, and 26 days of vacation at 20 years?
Where you can retire after 30 years? with fat pension and healthcare?
I never worked at a job where I could have done 30 years and out. never...nor did I know anyone , other than auto companies, that had deals like that. But tens of thousands of government type jobs, state, local, feds...are 30 years and out with fat pensions and benefits.....
