Posing as customers, reporters for The New York Times visited several U.P.S. stores last week looking to mail an item by Priority Mail — one of the postal service’s signature offerings.

Small wonder the Times is in financial trouble if this is the best thing they can think of to investigate. What idiot doesn't know that you're going to pay a convenience fee and has to be hand held by the people they willingly went to to be ripped off? The same people who buy their stamps at the grocery store for more than it would cost at the Post Office?
