LOL! Don't you know? He makes it up as he goes along. Tele lives in his own little universe that exists inside his own mind. The Tele that we all know and love exists completely independently from the universe around him.
He has been successful all on his own efforts, and that little voice inside his head exists completely independently of his DNA, or his brain biochemistry, and is not influenced at all by the genes he inherited from his parents, or any environmental influences, or things someone might have said to him when he was a toddler. Tele doesn't attribute anything that has happened to him in life to "luck" but instead honestly believes that he has complete free will to control his life.
And God forbid the Universe that Tele has created for himself won't ever come collapsing in on him if something awful from this universe should intrude in on the Universe he has created for himself.
LOLROTF! This is the funniest thing I've read lately, and seems very true. You should state a spew alert before starting.
