Wow .. I'm amazed. I somehow always get the picture that everyone around here is young and runnin around madly with no awareness whatsoever of anything like "Plunk your magic twanger froggy" That was more my older brother's show but I do CLEARLY remember it. There was something almost sort of spookily subversive about those early show. Sort of 'dark'(psychologically) and private .. like the old weird guys were gettin to us while the parents were busy ironing and folding clothes and preparing dinner.
